Dispatch & Processing

As each Furora item is carefully prepared by hand, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. In many cases, dispatch is the same or next working day, however during busier periods a little extra time may be required.

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and dispatched.

UK Delivery Options

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.95

• Complimentary Tracked 48 Delivery on orders over £50

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can refund the product value, however original shipping and any return costs incurred are non-refundable.
