We offer a 30-day return policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Requesting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us via at info@furorapetcare.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days (bank processing times may vary).

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are processed quickly and addresses cannot be amended once placed.

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Shipping and return charges by the courier of £2.50 are non-refundable.
